1. Final quotation
Payment should be made only against a written quotation or payment request issued by Travelling Weekoffs. It should identify the trip, travellers, inclusions, amount due and validity period.
2. Standard payment schedule
- A booking amount or percentage stated in the quotation is required to reserve the trip.
- The remaining balance is due by the date shown in the booking note, usually before departure.
- Bookings made close to departure may require full payment at confirmation.
3. Accepted methods
We may accept UPI, bank transfer, payment link or another method shown in the quotation. Cash payments, if accepted, must be acknowledged by an official receipt. Additional provider charges will be disclosed where applicable.
4. Confirmation
A screenshot or debit message alone does not confirm a booking. Confirmation is complete after funds are received and we issue a written booking acknowledgement. If a payment is pending or reversed, availability remains unconfirmed.
5. Taxes and currency
Amounts are quoted in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and foreign-exchange or international transaction charges are handled as described in the final quotation.
6. Failed or duplicate payments
If you believe a payment failed, was duplicated or was debited without confirmation, contact us with the transaction reference. Refunds of verified duplicate receipts are returned after reconciliation, normally within 7–14 business days.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us first so we can investigate. A payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically cancel contractual supplier charges, and unsupported claims may delay resolution.
8. Fraud awareness
We will not ask for OTPs, PINs, passwords or remote access to your device. Report suspicious requests immediately at travelingweekoffs@gmail.com.
