1. Acceptance
By paying a booking amount or confirming a trip in writing, the lead traveller confirms that they have read and accepted these terms for themselves and the travellers included in their booking.
2. Quotations and booking confirmation
Website prices and itineraries are indicative until we issue a final quotation. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is received and we send written confirmation. Availability may change before confirmation.
3. Traveller information
You are responsible for providing correct names, ages, contact details and documents within the requested time. Costs caused by inaccurate or late information—including rebooking or cancellation fees—are payable by the traveller.
4. Package inclusions and exclusions
Only items stated under “inclusions” in the final booking note are included. Personal expenses, meals, activities, permits, insurance, transport or services not expressly listed are excluded.
5. Changes to itinerary
Road, weather, safety, operational or government conditions may require a change of route, stay, transport, activity or timing. We will use reasonable efforts to provide a comparable alternative, but exact sightseeing and schedules cannot be guaranteed.
6. Accommodation and transport
Hotels, homestays and vehicles are supplied by third parties. Room configuration, category, view and amenities are subject to the confirmed plan and local availability. Transport may be shared unless private use is expressly stated.
7. Traveller conduct and safety
Travellers must follow lawful instructions from trip leaders, drivers, guides and local authorities. We may refuse or discontinue service where conduct threatens safety, disrupts the group, damages property or involves unlawful activity, without a refund for unused services.
8. Health, fitness and insurance
You are responsible for judging whether a trip suits your health and fitness, obtaining medical advice where appropriate, carrying prescribed medication and disclosing conditions that may require assistance. Travel insurance covering medical treatment, evacuation, cancellation and personal belongings is strongly recommended.
9. Cancellations
Cancellation and refund rules are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Supplier-specific or promotional rates may be stricter and will be identified before payment.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, landslides, strikes, transport disruption, epidemic, civil unrest, government restrictions or natural disasters. Recoveries, credits or refunds depend on amounts actually returned by suppliers after permitted deductions.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility is limited to arranging the services expressly confirmed by us. Independent suppliers remain responsible for the services they operate. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Intellectual property
Website content, itineraries, brand materials and original media may not be copied for commercial use without written permission. Third-party trademarks and photographs remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith through written communication. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts in Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
